Recognizing the difficulty older adults faced when financially preparing for senior living, MoneyGauge was built by a CPA and Certified Financial Planner in 2019 to equip Life Plan (CCRC) communities with financial tools to professionalize their sales effort.

Fifteen years later, the MoneyGauge team continues to refine, expand, and launch new features that help senior living providers improve financial transparency for prospects. We’re proud to serve more than a quarter of all Life Plan Communities in the United States.  And, we remain informed and close to the senior living prospect conversation through our efforts at myLifeSite, our consumer-focused website for older adults considering a move into a senior living community.

Meet the Team

Co-Founder / Managing Partner

Brad embarked on his career journey as a personal financial advisor, dedicating twelve years to honing his skills and achieving the esteemed Certified Financial Planner™ designation. During this period, he recognized a critical need among older adults and their families: a lack of unbiased guidance for navigating complex and financially impactful senior living decisions. This revelation led to the creation of myLifeSite.net, an innovative online platform providing families with web-based tools and thoughtfully curated content designed to facilitate well-informed choices—especially concerning CCRC/life plan retirement communities and other senior living options.

Customer Success Representative

Newell brings over 15 years of experience in senior living sales and marketing, including seven years as Director of Sales at Claridge Court, a Lifespace Community in the Kansas City metro area. Having regularly used myLifeSite’s tools in her previous role to assist prospective residents, Newell now applies that firsthand insight to ensure our customers succeed with our products.

As Customer Success Representative, Newell oversees all aspects of customer onboarding and ongoing support. She works closely with new customers to guide product setup, user access, and tailoring each implementation to fit the customer’s specific needs. She also manages post-launch follow-ups, product updates, and technical troubleshooting.

Principal Solutions Architect

Matthew has spent over a decade at the intersection of technology and senior living — not as an outside observer, but as the person building the tools Sales and Marketing teams actually use. As Principal Solutions Architect at myLifeSite, he oversees the product suite from architecture to delivery, with hands-on experience spanning software engineering, CRM integrations, and web development. That technical depth means products and features get built the right way — and that when a community has a problem, Matthew already understands it.

Operations and Executive Support Coordinator

Laura brings over 15 years of experience across marketing, creative execution, and operations, with a strong track record of managing workflows, executing projects, and supporting teams in fast-paced environments. Her attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to manage competing priorities help drive efficiency and consistency across the organization.

Senior Advisor

Katie is a senior living industry veteran who has held multiple executive roles across both provider and vendor organizations. At myLifeSite, she focuses on growth, product strategy, and new market development. Katie previously served as COO of Senior Living Communities, a regional CCRC management and development company, and later as Chief Strategy Officer at Sherpa CRM. Davis returned to Sherpa in 2022, where she led the rebranding and integration of Sherpa, Enquire Solutions, and Glennis into the newly unified company, Aline. Katie was also the founder, investor, and CEO of CarePods, the first private-pay senior care model of its kind to combine care management with traditional senior living amenities delivered at an affordable price point for older adults aging at home.
